Relaxation Massage - One hour massage comprised of slow Swedish strokes designed for deep relaxation and tense muscles.
Lymphatic Massage - A 30-minute massage performed with a soft pressure designed to enhance the circulation of the lymphatic system. Excellent for flushing toxins from the body.
Swedish Massage - Soft tissue massage to promote/ maintain balance of circulation, reduce muscle tension and increase energy.
Shiatsu Massage - Eastern Massage focusing on meridians or energy channels in the body that relate to specific organs. Light pressure is applied to specific areas while the client takes a deep breath. May be done fully clothed, also a option for those with heart conditions preventing a circulatory massage.
Therapeutic/Sports Massage - Specialized massage for athletes and physically active individuals.
